AL-Firdoos Return & Exchange Policy

1. Our Commitment

At AL-Firdoos, we take pride in offering premium Islamic prayer caps and essentials crafted with care and respect for tradition. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations.


2. Policy Duration

AL-Firdoos offers a 7-day Return or Exchange Policy, starting from the date the order is delivered to the customer.

Any request made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for return or exchange.


3. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A product is eligible for return or exchange if it meets the following conditions:

  • The request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must not show signs of damage caused by misuse, washing, or improper handling.


4. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products returned after the 7-day window.

  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, or washed.

  • Products damaged due to customer negligence.

  • Customized or special-order items (unless defective upon arrival).


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect (wrong product or size)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as evidence. Upon verification, AL-Firdoos will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.


6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number, name, and reason for return or exchange.

  3. Provide supporting photos/videos if the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process once your request is approved.


7. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or receive store credit.

  • Exchange shipments are processed after the returned item passes inspection.


8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time is typically 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.


9. Shipping & Handling Costs

  • If the return or exchange is due to a fault on our part, AL-Firdoos will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., size or design), shipping charges may apply.


10. Inspection Rights

AL-Firdoos reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any return, exchange, or refund. Items failing quality checks may be sent back to the customer.

AL-Firdoos reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon being posted on our official platform.
